1. Product Introduction
PB1302 is a homogeneous PVC paste resin developed and produced by Anhui Tianchen Chemical. With moderate viscosity number and stable standard paste viscosity, this resin features low volatile content, few impurity particles, good whiteness and excellent anti-aging performance. It can form stable plastisol after being mixed with plasticizers, widely applied in artificial leather, wallpaper, floor leather, PVC gloves, coating and dipping molding industries.

1. Stable viscosity number and moderate standard paste viscosity, effectively avoid excessive thickening or too thin fluidity of plastisol, ensuring stable coating and dipping construction.
2. Ultra-low volatile content effectively prevents bubbles, pinholes and surface defects during high-temperature gelation and curing of finished products.
3. Few impurity particles and low sieve residue, greatly reduce surface speckles and particle defects of artificial leather, gloves and other coated products.
4. High initial sample whiteness and excellent aging whiteness, finished products keep bright white color and are not easy to yellow after long-term use.
5. Uniform particle size distribution brings good plasticizer absorption capacity, excellent compatibility with DOP, DINP and other common plasticizers, stable plastisol storage performance.

• Standard Packaging: 25kg moisture-proof composite paper bag
• Storage Condition: Store in dry, cool and well-ventilated warehouse, away from moisture, high temperature and direct sunlight. Keep packages sealed after opening to prevent moisture absorption which will cause viscosity fluctuation of plastisol.
